




Back to main attorneys pageEric Holm is an associate attorney with Matovich, Keller & Murphy, joining the law firm in 2007. As a lawyer in Billings, Montana, Eric enjoys a civil litigation practice in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, employment law, and veterinary malpractice. He is a member of the American, State and Yellowstone Area Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all Montana state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Eric was born in Lovell, Wyoming, and grew up in North Dakota and Kentucky. After working several summers at national parks such as Mammoth Cave and Grand Teton, Eric earned an honors degree from Georgetown College in 2004. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric Holm attended law school at the University of Montana School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007. During law school, Eric was an active member of Phi Delta Phi, as well as the American Association for Justice and the Environmental Law Group. Prior to joining Matovich, Keller & Murphy, Eric completed a clinical internship with ASUM Legal Services, where he provided legal assistance to university students. Outside the office, Eric enjoys hiking and golfing throughout Montana. He also loves outdoor photography, with his favorite subject being Glacier National Park. |
